Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Exotic Rajasthan, we strive to deliver flexible travel arrangements. Since our bookings involve advance payments to heritage hotels, private drivers, and wildlife safari desks, cancellations are processed according to the following schedule:

1. Cancellation Timelines

If you wish to cancel your tour package, the refund amount will depend on how many days prior to the travel date we receive your cancellation notice in writing:

• 30 days or more prior to departure: 100% refund of the total package cost (excluding any non-refundable flight bookings or specialized wildlife safari permits).
• 15 to 29 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
• Less than 15 days prior to departure: No refund will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain components of travel packages are 100% non-refundable immediately upon booking. These include:

• Government-regulated national park entry permits (e.g., Ranthambore Safari passes).
• Domestic airline tickets.
• Specialized luxury train bookings (e.g., Palace on Wheels).

3. Refund Processing

Once a cancellation is approved, refunds will be credited back to the original credit card, bank account, or payment gateway wallet used at the time of booking. Refund processing times typically range between 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's clearance cycles.

4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, government travel bans, strikes, or acts of authority), Exotic Rajasthan will coordinate with service partners to provide a credit voucher for future travel bookings, valid up to 1 year.
